Allison is a fitness expert, motivator and fitness competitor with a degree in Psychology and Nutrition. She's been featured in numerous magazines including FitParent, Natural Muscle and Oxygen magazine. She has shared her fitness story on Good Morning America, Extra TV and Lifetime's "The Balancing Act". Allison has been personal training private clients for five years and been in the Orange Theory Fitness family for over 2 years. A recent move from Miami Florida landed her in Westfield and her love of the orange zone led her on an inevitable path to becoming a coach at OTF Garwood.
New Jersey native, Jeremy Gavaris grew up in Union County with the desire to live an active, fit lifestyle. After finishing college Jeremy bee-lined to the fitness industry and got his personal training certification from theNational Academy of Sports Medicine. He's been coaching for years and says, "I like that OTF is supported by science and it provides a great balance and combination of cardio and strength training. The unique OTBeat system challenges our members and keeps them accountable throughout their workouts. I can't wait to use my energy and passion for fitness to inspire our members so that they can be motivated to achieve their personal fitness goals!"
 
A National Academy of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer, Raphael made his fitness debut at Equinox before moving on to New York Sports Club. Raphael’s background in Kinesiology and Anatomy has helped him train and play football with Division 1 athletes, some of which have gone on to successful NFL careers. Raphael says, “I love coaching here at OTF because every day I get to see people change and nothing beats the feeling of knowing that I helped push them to do it! Our members are the best and most devoted people I’ve had the pleasure of training and can’t wait to keep burning with everyone in the future.”

HEART MONITORED TRAINING

 

Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.

COACH SUPPORT

 

Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
