Andy got started in athletics as a runner in first grade. 20 years later, he still trains and competes. He was a middle-distance runner in high school and college, and began dedicated weight training at 19 years old. He is also an avid boxer, cyclist, and basketball player. He has a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with a concentration in Sport and Exercise Conditioning from East Stroudsburg University. In addition, he is also a Certified Personal Trainer through ACSM and a certified Performance Enhancement Specialist through NASM. He has coached Cross Country and Track & Field at the high school and collegiate level for nine years, and has been a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor for nine years with over three thousand sessions trained. Andy joined the Orangetheory Fitness family in March of 2016 and is always excited to help members burn for their goals!
Gina’s fitness journey began in 2013 when she decided to run her first obstacle race. After that race, she was hooked. 16 races later and 30 pounds lighter she quit her corporate career to work in fitness full time.
She holds a NASM – CPT (Certified Personal Training) certification, as well as a NSAM – FNS (Functional Nutrition Specialization) certification. In addition to working in fitness, Gina is also a NYC licensed tour guide. Her tours range from fitness tours, food tours, and even dancing tours!
Bernadette Christensen has been a part of the OTF family since 2015. She played four years of Division 1 soccer in college and will be inducted into Saint Peters University Hall Of Fame this coming fall for her achievements on the field. Her background includes teaching group fitness BOSU, Spin and HIIT classes. Coach Bernadette is focused on being a driving force in motivating others to their limits and be the best version of themselves. She is very thankful to be a part of this OTF family and looks forward watching members set goals and achieve them, one step, one row and one rep at a time!

Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.







Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
